PARTICIPANT GUIDELINES & ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The goal of the day is to get to know each other. Since there are 33 participants, we have 10 minutes for each of us to introduce ourselves.
Parallel we will have a „poster session” on the wall of the lecture hall. Size of poster: max. A2. Posters will serve as an „extension” of the very short presentations. This is the place to provide more detailed data, texts, maps and pictures related to your presentation. Posters will be visible during the three days.
Please do not forget: this is NOT a usual conference, this is a workshop. The goal of the presentations and discussions is to have a general view of your interests to promote cooperations. Please bring additional materials of your work with you (published papers etc.).

Each participant will be required to:
·        Send a short CV (1 page)
·        Send an abstract of her/his research.
·        Give a 10 min (depending on the number of participants) oral presentation about her/his research on Friday
·        Bring a A2 size poster of her/his research. Posters will be mounted in the conference hall (visible throughout the meeting).
·        Fill in the registration paper
